This is another position in which the woman is active and the man is passive. The man lies on his back, feet apart, while the woman sits in between his legs, with her back towards him, and allows his erect penis to enter her.

In this position, the most recommended movements of the woman are those up-and-down and circular. The up-and-down movements of the woman may determine the partial or even total awakening of Kundalini.
